Who does the work?
Practising clinicians with experience in the relevant specialty draft and review the questions and marking frameworks. We describe the roles involved rather than naming individual contributors.
How is content checked?
Content is drafted from real interview formats and published guidance, reviewed by clinicians in that specialty, tested in practice sessions before release, and checked again when relevant guidance changes.
The role of AI
People create the content. AI delivers the panel.
The AI panel delivers questions and marking frameworks that people have written and checked. It provides a way to practise; it does not replace the clinicians who create and review the content.
Practice scores are practice-only indicators. They are not predictions of recruitment outcomes.
