The service and your agreement
PrepYou.AI is operated by UpSkillMe Ltd. You contract with UpSkillMe Ltd for access to our interview-practice service. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. The service is for adults preparing for UK medical recruitment. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Practice material and human oversight
Questions, scores, transcripts and AI-generated drafts are assistive practice material, not authoritative clinical or legal information, professional decision-making or a prediction of recruitment outcomes. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for verifying their accuracy and reviewing them with an appropriate human educator before use. Do not use the service for patient care or regulated professional decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security through malware, unauthorised probing or scraping. Do not submit patient-identifiable information, illegal content, abusive or hateful content, deceptive impersonations or deepfakes, malware prompts or attempts to bypass safeguards. Do not resell access, circumvent membership limits or reverse engineer the service except where a right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your account and membership
Keep your sign-in details confidential and account information accurate. Membership is £60 per month for your selected interview pathway, with one paid tier and one free full mock. Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Ordinary 25% codes apply to the first-ever payment only; eligible influencer codes apply a 10% recurring discount. Offers do not combine. The checkout shows applicable billing amounts and tax. Cancelling renewal preserves access until the paid-through date; failed renewal stops new paid practice when that date passes. Saved results remain until you delete them or close your account.
Ownership and your content
UpSkillMe Ltd retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your membership. You retain your rights in content you submit and grant us permission to host and process it only to provide and secure the service. You must have rights to uploaded material and prompts. Any rights you may have in generated outputs remain yours, subject to applicable law and third-party rights; originality or exclusive rights are not guaranteed. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
Moderation and rights-holder requests
We may restrict or remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms or protect users. Send intellectual-property concerns to hello@prepyou.ai with the affected material and evidence of your rights. Repeated or serious infringement can result in termination. Human review is used where appropriate; automated filtering may be imperfect.
Availability and ending access
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Account closure stops billing and removes account data subject to the retention information in our privacy notice. You can download your data from Account → Data & privacy before closing your account. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Payments, cancellation and refunds
Membership payments are processed by Stripe. For most purchases Stripe acts as the reseller of the transaction: it calculates, collects and remits VAT or sales tax, screens for fraud, handles payment disputes and provides transaction-level support. The checkout shows the terms that apply to the payment, and your card statement may show LINK.COM* followed by our name. UpSkillMe Ltd remains responsible for the PrepYou.AI service itself.
You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until your paid-through date. Membership starts immediately once you confirm you want immediate access, so the usual 14-day cancellation period does not apply. Full refunds are available on request within 2 hours of a payment; later requests are not normally refunded except where the law requires otherwise, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
