Refunds and cancellation

PrepYou.AI is operated by UpSkillMe Ltd. Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. For most purchases, Stripe acts as the reseller of the transaction: it calculates and collects VAT or sales tax, screens payments for fraud and handles payment disputes. Your card statement may show LINK.COM* followed by our name.

Refunds

Membership gives immediate access to the full service. You can request a full refund of a membership payment within 2 hours of that payment by emailing hello@prepyou.ai from your account email address, including the payment date and time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 working days to show them.

Before checkout you are asked to confirm that you want access to start immediately and that, as a result, the usual 14-day cancellation period does not apply. Requests made after 2 hours are not normally refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights, for example if the service is faulty or not as described.

Cancellation

Cancel renewal at any time through Account → Payments → Manage billing. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the paid-through date; your account and saved results remain afterwards. Closing your account stops billing immediately and deletes account data as described in the privacy notice.
